Coach training at the “Nest” (El Nido)
Club America
On August 1-5, 2009, we had the honor to be in Mexico City at the “Nest”, home of our Club America.
Our coaches Manuel Bautista (U16) and Edgar Valdez (Academy) attended our first training seminar as well as training camp for our Division 2 team and other grass roots teams and our first team practices.

As part of this seminar included attending official games of our grass roots teams and our first team at the Majestic Azteca Stadium. All this under the guidance of Vinicio Bravo, as a key basis to understand the game strategy and philosophy of Club America.
These principles are the same ones we are teaching at the Club America Soccer Academy in San Antonio, to be constantly reinforced to maintain the level required by the institution.
